Doogee, a company known for its rugged smartphones and gadgets, took part in the Moscow exhibition “Svyaz-2025”. The manufacturer presented a number of interesting devices, including a prototype of a rugged smartphone with a huge battery and a built-in projector V Max Play, a smartphone with a built-in thermal imager Fire 6, as well as a fairly thin rugged smartphone Blade GT Pro with an unusual backlight.
The Doogee V Max Play smartphone has an LED projector capable of producing an image up to 100 inches diagonally with a resolution of 480p. There is an autofocus function, while the focusing range is up to one meter. It is noteworthy that the device is capable of providing long-term projection of video content thanks to a built-in active cooling system with a fan that prevents the lamp from overheating. True, a small fan creates noticeable noise, but the built-in speakers can drown it out.
Another important feature of this device is the super-capacity 22,000 mAh battery with support for 33 W charging. With such a battery, the smartphone is capable of working in projector mode even autonomously, but for long-term use it is still better to connect it to an external power source.
In terms of its main characteristics, the Doogee V Max Play corresponds to mid-range smartphones. The device is equipped with a 6.78-inch screen with a Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The device is based on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, supplemented by 12 GB of RAM. The built-in 512 GB storage provides ample space for storing movies, which is especially important for a device with a projector.
Photographic capabilities are provided by the main camera with a resolution of 108 MP, supplemented by a wide-angle 8 MP module and a 20 MP night vision camera with infrared illumination. The functionality of the device is expanded by a powerful camping lantern located on the rear panel and providing effective illumination of a large area around the user.
Doogee Fire 6 stands out for its built-in thermal imaging camera, which makes the smartphone an interesting option for outdoor enthusiasts and hunters, as well as for various professionals – for example, builders and engineers. The thermal imager allows you to detect heat and cold sources even in the dark.
The Doogee Fire 6 smartphone is equipped with a 6.56-inch IPS display with HD+ resolution. The set of cameras, in addition to the thermal imager, includes a main 50-megapixel module, as well as an 8-megapixel front camera. The smartphone is based on the Unisoc T606 single-chip platform, which is complemented by 6 GB of RAM with the ability to expand by another 10 GB due to virtual memory. The storage capacity is an impressive 256 GB. A capacious 10,400 mAh battery with support for 18-watt charging is responsible for autonomous operation.
Finally, the most striking new product was the Doogee Blade GT Pro smartphone. It is made in a fairly thin case (10.5 mm thick), which is decorated with a rounded strip of multi-colored backlighting on the back. In addition to the aesthetic component, the backlighting also has useful functions: for example, incoming calls are accompanied by light effects, and notifications from applications can be customized at your discretion. In addition, the backlighting synchronizes with music, creating a spectacular light show.
Doogee Blade GT Pro stands out not only for its non-trivial design, but also for its very advanced specifications. The smartphone is equipped with a 6.72-inch IPS display with a Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The main camera is represented by a 100-megapixel module with AI algorithms and a 5-megapixel wide-angle lens. The front camera has a resolution of 32 megapixels. The device is based on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, which is complemented by 16 GB of RAM with the ability to expand by another 20 GB, as well as a 512 GB drive.
All the mentioned smartphones are made in ultra-strong cases that meet IP68, IP69K and MIL-STD-810H protection standards, which makes them resistant to water (including hot water), falls, shocks, vibrations and other adverse conditions.
