Detailed photos of the GeForce RTX 5090 Founders Edition have been published – powerful and compact

You might be skeptical of some of Nvidia’s claims, such as the $549 GeForce RTX 5070 delivering performance on par with the $1,599 GeForce RTX 4090. However, one cannot help but be impressed by the appearance of the GeForce RTX 5090 in the Founders Edition, which, despite the powerful filling, has a compact printed circuit board and a cooling system that occupies only two expansion slots.

The GeForce RTX 5090 FE accelerator has 32 GB of GDDR7 video memory, which makes it an ideal option for gamers. However, due to the cost of the accelerator at $1999, it will not be available to everyone.

The GeForce RTX 5090 FE accelerator has dimensions of 304 × 137 × 40 mm, which is slightly different from the dimensions of last year’s RTX 4090 FE.

Earlier this month, many major manufacturers such as Palit, Gigabyte, Zotac and MSI presented their versions of the new GeForce RTX 5000 video cards.

Now journalists from The Verge have published pictures of the relatively compact GeForce RTX 5090 FE, a printed circuit board with a Blackwell chip, RTX 5090, RTX 5080 and RTX 5070 accelerators together.

In addition to this, there are several examples of how bulky graphics cards can be compared to the FE variant from Nvidia itself.
