Dell has introduced a new series of Dell 16 Plus laptops based on AMD Ryzen AI 300 processors. The devices are based on an eight-core Ryzen AI 7 350 chip (frequency up to 5.0 GHz, NPU 50 TOPS) and a six-core Ryzen AI 5 340 (frequency up to 4.8 GHz, NPU 50 TOPS). The new products are assembled in an aluminum case, have a thickness of 16.99 mm and weigh 1.83 kg.

The laptops are equipped with 16 or 32 GB of LPDDR5X-7500 RAM and NVMe drives with a capacity of 512 GB (in the model with Ryzen AI 5 340) or 1 TB (in the model based on Ryzen AI 7 350). The laptops received 16-inch screens with an aspect ratio of 16:10, a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels, a brightness of 300 cd/m², support for touch input and ComfortView technology for eye protection.
The keyboard of the laptops is equipped with a backlight, has a numeric keypad and a dedicated key for launching the Copilot AI assistant. The equipment of the new products includes two USB-C 3.2 ports with charging support and DisplayPort function, one USB 3.2 Type-A port, HDMI and a 3.5 mm audio output. Wireless capabilities are provided by the MediaTek MT7925 controller with support for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth.
The Dell 16 Plus laptops are equipped with 65Wh batteries and come with a 65W USB-C charger. They also feature 1080p@30fps webcams, dual microphones, and dual 2.5W speakers with Realtek SoundReal and Dolby Atmos.
The Dell 16 Plus with Ryzen AI 7 350 and 16GB of RAM costs $999.99. The version with 32GB of RAM costs $1,199.99. The model with Ryzen AI 5 340 and 16GB of RAM costs $849.99.
