Corsair introduced a super -fast external SSD Ex400U – up to 4000 MB/s thanks to USB4 and Thunderbolt 4

Corsair introduced and immediately released the external solid -state drive EX400U USB4, which combines compact dimensions and very high data transfer speed: up to 4000 and 3600 MB/s during sequential reading and recording, respectively.

High speed operation of the Corsair EX400U is ensured by USB4 support. There is also support for USB 3.2 Type-C and Thunderbolt 4 – all this means the drive is compatible with most popular ecosystems. The SSD can be easily connected to PCs running Windows, Android devices, Apple Macs or iPhones – the drive comes with a USB Type-C cable, which is enough for both data transfer and powering the device.

The drive, the length and width of which is only 64 mm, can also be fixed on the iPhone 15 using the Magsafe magnetic connector – this will solve the problem of lack of disk space when shooting and editing materials directly on a mobile device.

The drive comes with Corsair SSD Toolbox, which offers advanced drive management capabilities including secure data erase and firmware updates. The device is covered by a three-year warranty. The Corsair EX400U is available in 1, 2, and 4 TB versions priced at $139.99, $199.99, and $359.99, respectively.
