Chieftec Vega power supplies are equipped with one 12+4-pin power connector for the latest generations of Nvidia video cards, as well as four 8-pin (6+2) PCIe power cables.
The manufacturer claims 80 Plus Gold efficiency certification and uses LLC Half-Bridge converters with DC-DC technology for increased energy efficiency and stability.
Vega power supply components are cooled by 135mm fans. The disadvantage of the new products is the non-detachable design of the power cables. Their length reaches 650 mm.
Chieftec Vega power supplies are equipped with automatic fan speed control (AFC) and are protected against overload (OPP), overheat (OTP), overvoltage (OVP), short circuit (SCP), surges and surges (SIP), undervoltage (UVP) ) and overcurrent (OCP).
The 750 W Vega power supply model is priced at 89.90 euros by the manufacturer, and the 850 W model is priced at 99.90 euros.
