Be quiet! announced at the Gamescom gaming exhibition a series of relatively compact computer cases, the Pure Base 501. The new items are successors to the Pure Base 500 series models, released in 2019.
The Pure Base 501 series of cases includes several models. The version with an almost blank front panel and a metal side wall will have a reduced noise level and will be sold only in black. The model with a mesh ventilated front panel will be offered with a solid side wall or with a tempered glass wall, and will be available in white or black versions.
The Pure Base 501 series cases do not have RGB lighting. At the same time, the new products are equipped with two quiet 140 mm Pure Wings 3 PWM fans, one of which is located on the rear wall and the other on the front. Pure Base 501 cases support the installation of motherboards in ATX, Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX formats, radiators up to 360 mm, and also optionally offer support for vertical installation of a video card.
The Pure Base 501 series of cases will be released in November. New items will be provided with a three-year manufacturer’s warranty.
The manufacturer priced the Pure Base 501 Black version with a closed front and metal side panels at $89.90 or €89.90. The Pure Base 501 Airflow Black option with a mesh front and blind side panel is priced at $94.90 or €94.90. The company priced the white version of the case with a mesh front and blank side panel at $99.90 or €99.90. The black version with a mesh front panel and glass side panel was priced at $104.90 or €104.90, and the white version in the same configuration was priced at $109.90 or €109.90.
