Sellers indicate that the ROG Flow Z13, codenamed GZ302EA, will be offered with 12- and 16-core AMD Strix Halo processors. Chip models are not indicated, but from earlier leaks we can conclude that we are talking about Ryzen AI Max+ 395 and Ryzen AI Max 390, respectively.

It is known that ROG Flow Z13 will offer a 13.4-inch IPS display with an aspect ratio of 16:10, 500 cd/m2 brightness and a refresh rate of 180 Hz. The current model is equipped with a screen with a refresh rate of 165 Hz. The new product will also offer 32 GB of faster LPDDR5X memory instead of LPDDR5. Strix Halo processors are rumored to support RAM speeds of up to 8000 MT/s. The specs for the Asus device also list a 1TB SSD.

AMD Strix Halo processors are expected to be launched at the CES 2025 electronics show early next month. The Asus ROG Flow Z13 gaming tablet belongs to the premium segment of devices. At the start of sales, the current model was offered for $2000. Currently, the version with a discrete GeForce RTX 4060 graphics card is sold for $1,700.
