Asus introduced the V16 (V3607) gaming laptop based on Intel Raptor Lake-H and GeForce RTX 4050

Asus has introduced the entry-level gaming laptop Asus V16 (V3607). It is based on one of the Intel Raptor Lake-H series processors, and is complemented by a GeForce RTX graphics card.

The laptop is equipped with a 16-inch screen with an aspect ratio of 16:10, a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels, a refresh rate of 144 Hz, a brightness of 300 cd/m² and 45% coverage of the NTSC color space.

The Asus V16 (V3607) can offer an eight-core and 12-thread Intel Core i5-13420H with a frequency of up to 4.6 GHz or a 10-core and 16-thread Core i7-13620H with a frequency of up to 4.9 GHz. Graphics processing can be handled by the GeForce RTX 3050 or GeForce RTX 4050. Both cards have 6 GB of GDDR6 memory.


The laptop claims to support up to 32 GB of DDR5-5600 RAM. The manufacturer itself offers only two RAM configurations – 8 or 16 GB. In addition, you can choose between 512GB or 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSDs.

The equipment of the Asus V16 (V3607) includes one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port (5 Gbps) with DisplayPort support and charging, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A (5 Gbps), one HDMI 2.1, combined 3 .5mm audio output and FHD camera with curtain airbag. The laptop is equipped with a backlit membrane keyboard and batteries are not 63 Wh. The dimensions of the Asus V16 (V3607) are 35.70 × 25.07 × 1.80 ~ 2.20 cm and the weight is 1.95 kg.

The manufacturer has not yet announced the cost of the new product.
