The ProArt PA401 Wood Edition case is made in classic black color. The dimensions of the new product are 412 × 225 × 503 mm. Weight is 8.61 kg for the version with a tempered glass side panel and 7.94 kg for the version with a blank side panel. The case is designed for assembling systems based on motherboards in ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX formats. For comparison, its older brother ProArt PA602 Wood Edition also supports E-ATX motherboards.

ProArt PA401 Wood Edition is equipped with seven expansion slots, as well as two additional ones for vertical installation of a video card. Inside there are two combined spaces for installing 2.5 or 3.5-inch drives, as well as two additional spaces for 2.5-inch drives. The case supports the installation of video cards up to 315 mm in length, processor coolers up to 160 mm in height, and power supplies up to 170 mm in length. To install the power supply, you do not need to disassemble the case – it is placed on a special pull-out tray.

All body panels are removable without the use of tools. Installation of drives is also possible without the use of screws. Behind the front panel of the case there are two pre-installed fans with a diameter of 160 mm, and one fan with a diameter of 120 mm is installed at the rear.

The manufacturer claims that the front fans create a powerful air flow of up to 138 CFM, providing effective cooling of PC components. At the top of the case you can install two fans with a diameter of 140 mm or 120 mm. In addition, ProArt PA401 Wood Edition is compatible with radiators of liquid cooling systems (LCS) with a standard size of up to 240 mm.

The front connector panel of the case includes two USB Type-A ports (5 Gbps), one USB Type-C port (20 Gbps), as well as a combined 3.5 mm audio jack. There is also a special lock button that prevents accidental pressing of the power and restart buttons.

Asus has not yet announced anything about the cost of the ProArt PA401 Wood Edition case.
