The panel’s viewable area is 26.5 inches, resulting in a density of 166 pixels per inch – 53% more than 27-inch 1440p monitors. The model boasts a DisplayPort 2.1a interface with support for UHBR20 (bandwidth up to 80 Gbps) – this means that you can display images in full resolution 3840 × 2160 pixels at a full frequency of 240 Hz without using Display Stream Compression technology. The peak brightness of the Asus ROG Swift OLED PG27UCDM is 1000 cd/m², HDR10 and Dolby Vision are supported, and there is a set of Asus OLED Care Pro features to protect the screen from burn-in – including a proximity sensor that turns off the screen when the user is not present. OLED Anti-Flicker 2.0 technology reduces display flicker by 20% compared to previous models.
The manufacturer notes a response time of 0.03 ms (GtG), VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black certification, 99% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space, accurate color reproduction with Delta E≤2. There are HDMI 2.1 and USB Type-C ports – the latter supports power up to 90 W. The DisplayWidget Center toolkit allows you to customize OLED Care Pro features and other monitor settings using your mouse. The release date and price of the Asus ROG Swift OLED PG27UCDM have not yet been specified.
