Apple Management Confident That Users Will Like the Radically Redesigned iOS 19

Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman previously wrote that iOS 19 will be one of the biggest software updates in Apple’s history. The developers plan to significantly change the design of iOS 19, iPadOS 19, and macOS 16 to make them more similar to each other. Now it has become known that Apple’s management is confident that users will like the new design of the operating systems, inspired by the look of visionOS.

Gurman’s post said that iOS 19 will be the biggest update since iOS 7, while macOS 16 will be the most significant update since macOS Big Sur. According to the journalist, the updates to iOS 19, iPadOS 19, and macOS 16 “go far beyond a fresh coat of paint” and “will change the way people interact with their devices for years to come.” The design of Apple’s updated operating systems is based on the look of visionOS, the company’s operating system for the Vision Pro mixed reality headset.
