AOC Unveils 24-Inch 120Hz Monitor for $55

AOC has introduced an affordable 23.8-inch 24B35H monitor, equipped with an IPS matrix with a Full HD resolution (1920 × 1080 pixels) and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The new product is aimed at gamers and everyday users, offering an attractive set of features for only $55.

The monitor uses a 100Hz refresh rate panel that can be overclocked to 120Hz for smoother animations, videos, and gameplay compared to standard 60Hz models. The response time is 4ms (GtG), and Adaptive Sync technology ensures stable and smooth images without frame tearing.

The IPS matrix guarantees accurate color rendering and wide viewing angles (178° horizontally and vertically). Factory calibration allows achieving color rendering accuracy with a Delta E value< 2. The monitor supports 8-bit color depth and has a static contrast ratio of 1300:1. The maximum brightness is 250 cd/m². Support for HDR and Clear Vision technology for improved image clarity is also declared.

Despite its budget price, the AOC 24B35H offers advanced eye-care features, including Flicker-Free backlighting, a low-blue light mode, and Dark Field Control for better shadow detail. For gamers and content creators, there are up to 20 levels of image saturation adjustment.

The monitor has a laconic design with the ability to tilt the screen from -5° to 23°, and also supports VESA mounts (100 × 100 mm). On the back panel there are HDMI and VGA connectors. Despite the lack of DisplayPort and USB hub, the price makes this model extremely attractive. The weight of the device with a stand is 2.58 kg.

At the moment, the AOC 24B35H is only available in the Chinese market. The release dates for other countries have not yet been announced.
