In the middle of last year, there were reports that Google was planning to update the subscription information page in the Play Store digital content store. The company planned to make it so that users would have a more detailed understanding of the benefits of the services they use. Several months have passed since then, and Google has finally rolled out an updated page with subscription information.

According to the source, an updated page with more detailed information about subscriptions has become available to users of Android devices that use the Play Market of several current versions from 44.7.24 to 44.7.31. The new page differs from the old one in that it now contains detailed information about the benefits of each active subscription.

For example, some of the Spotify app’s subscription benefits include ad-free listening and the ability to download tracks. Google One’s list of benefits includes expanded cloud storage, the ability to contact the company’s technical support service, and more.

The old user interface only showed payment information, such as the cost of a subscription, and included buttons to renew or cancel the subscription. The new page gives more insight into what users can expect from each subscription, so they can navigate and control their spending more easily.
