AMD Unveils ‘Best, Most Stable’ Graphics Drivers Ever – Adrenalin 25.3.1 Packed With AI Features

Along with the announcement of the next-generation Radeon RX 9070 XT and RX 9070 graphics cards, AMD also introduced the new Adrenalin drivers version 25.3.1. The most significant change was the large-scale implementation of artificial intelligence to detect instability and rendering errors. In this regard, AMD has already managed to call the new drivers “the best and most stable drivers it has ever released, with fewer rendering errors.”

AMD has introduced a number of simple AI-powered features, all managed by the new AMD Installation Manager, which is located by default next to the AMD software icon in the system tray. In addition to updating graphics card drivers, it can update AMD motherboard chipset drivers.

The new drivers also include AI features such as AMD Chat, AMD Image Inspector, and AI Apps Manager.

AMD Chat is a chatbot designed to answer questions about the user’s PC hardware configuration. The chatbot can tell you about the GPU temperature, CPU performance, cooling efficiency, and much more. You can also ask AMD Chat to change Adrenalin settings, although it only supports English and Chinese for now. But it can generate images. Moreover, the AI ​​works completely locally. However, the requirement for at least 25 GB of storage space may stop many users from downloading this AI assistant.

Image Inspector can find and report rendering errors and issues. AMD already uses AI in its new drivers to find internal problems, and Image Inspector is just an additional feature that involves the user in this process. Using specialized resources of the GPU, Image Inspector can automatically capture rendering errors and send them to AMD. The extent to which this feature affects performance remains to be seen.

AI Apps Manager compiles and provides the PC owner with a list of software utilities that use AI that are already installed on his computer or available for installation.
