AMD has released an optional update of the Radeon Software Adrenalin 25.1.1 driver. It added support for the Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth games.

The new version of the software fixes a performance issue in Apex Legends in DirectX 12 mode. In addition, the new software fixes an issue with low performance in LM Studio for the integrated graphics of Ryzen AI series processors and Radeon video cards.
List of known issues:
- In the main menu of the Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 game, a partial black screen can be observed if Radeon Anti-Lag 2 and rays trace on the AMD Ryzen 7000 and higher processors are included. It is recommended to temporarily disable Radeon Anti-Lag 2;
- During long gaming sessions in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, random system freezes or application crashes may occur;

- In the game Marvel Rivals, interruptions or stuttering can sometimes be observed if the AMD Fidelityfx Super Resolution 3 personnel generation is turned on. It is recommended to temporarily turn off this function in the driver’s settings for this game;
- After using the AMD Cleanup Utility on systems with AMD Ryzen 7000 processors and higher, in combination with AMD Graphics products, the AMD Bug Report Tool may randomly appear when installing a new driver;
- HEVC encoding may not work correctly when using OBS Studio with Twitch Enhanced Broadcasting.
