As noted by Insider Gaming, user X under the pseudonym DJari2020 posted a 15-second promotional video for Mafia: The Old Country, which was broadcast for several hours on YouTube.

The Mafia: The Old Country leak shows footage edited for the trailer in the game engine – characters, shootouts, tense moments – and also clarifies the release date.

Let us remember that at the announcement in August, publisher 2K and developers from Hangar 13 announced that Mafia: The Old Country will be released on PC (Steam), PS5, Xbox Series X and S in 2025. Judging by the promotional video, the premiere is scheduled for the summer.

Mafia: The Old Country is a prequel to the main series. Players will uncover the origins of organized crime in the violent criminal world of Sicily in the 1900s.

«Fight for survival in this dangerous and ruthless era, brought to life with the authentic realism and rich storytelling that the critically acclaimed Mafia series is famous for.

The full version of the new Mafia: The Old Country trailer, which includes a 15-second commercial, will debut at The Game Awards 2024. The show starts broadcast on December 13 at 3:30 Moscow time.
