Walk through majestic and sinister corridors in the new horror trailer for Tormented Souls 2

Developers from the Chilean studio Dual Effect have published a new gameplay trailer for Tormented Souls 2, a continuation of the old-school survival horror. The presented video shows the interiors of gloomy locations from the future game and reminds of the release planned for next year.

The main character of Tormented Souls 2 is Carolina Walker, a friend from the first part, who, after the events at the Wildberger Clinic, is trying to return to a normal life with her younger sister Anna. However, soon the protagonist’s younger relative is overcome by a terrible illness with terrible symptoms: coughing up blood, loss of consciousness and blackening of the eyes.

Trying to help her sister, Carolina goes to Puerto Miller, a South American town cut off from the outside world, where “indescribable horrors” are happening. The heroine will have to explore the corridors of majestic, but endlessly sinister monasteries (apparently, they “lit up” in the trailer), fight monsters and solve puzzles.

Tormented Souls 2 will be released on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG), PS5, Xbox Series X and S in 2025.
