Although Nintendo already has a full-fledged presentation of the Switch 2 console scheduled for next week, the company felt it necessary to hold another information show in advance of it.

As Nintendo announced, the next Nintendo Direct broadcast (not Partner Showcase, Mini or Indie World) will take place tomorrow, March 27. The event is expected to start at 17:00 Moscow time.
The organizers promise about 30 minutes of news about upcoming games for the original Nintendo Switch. The broadcast will not include information about its successor, the Nintendo Switch 2.
You can follow the progress of the upcoming Nintendo Direct on Nintendo’s YouTube channel (the player for the upcoming broadcast is already available) and/or through the company’s official website.
The upcoming Nintendo Direct is expected to be a farewell to the original Switch, with a final lineup of exclusives for the 8-year-old console.
For example, Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, Pokemon Legends: Z-A and other projects are still announced for 2025. Fans are still hoping to see Hollow Knight: Silksong, which has been showing signs of life in recent weeks.
Meanwhile, a special Nintendo Direct dedicated to the Nintendo Switch 2 and games for it is scheduled for April 2. The console is officially set for release in 2025 (rumored to be in June).
