Focus Entertainment and developers from Saber Interactive in a monthly appeal to the players told what to expect in the near future users of the third -party shooter Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2.

Throughout 2025, for Space Marine 2 will be regularly (once every two months), updates and additional content will go out, undergoing intra -game events and technical support is carried out.
According to the developers, they could produce patches and more often, but try not to be the amount to go to the detriment of quality. As it became known, the nearest update (6.0) will be released in February for the game.
The presented update plan ends in 2025, but this does not mean that the game will not continue to develop further
The main features of version 6.0:
- A new card for PVP – “Tomb” (Tomb) in the dungeons of Demerium. Focused on close battle;
- The new enemy for PVE is a terrible Biovore Tiranid, which is found on all Tyranid maps and knows how to rush to spore mines;
- The new champion for PVE and PVP is a sniper from the Salamander Order;
- Cosmetic objects as part of a seasonal subscription-equipment of the fighters of the Order of the Raven Guard, including a helmet-switch;
- Data storage on a combat barge – with information about various aspects of the game and new cosmetic awards for unlocking for a special currency (earned through gameplay);
- Processing of perks based on player reviews;
- Adjusting the view of the field of view on the PC for screens 16: 9, 21: 9, 32: 9.
In addition, they promise even more finishing animations for different enemies, a new level of complexity for PVE, an option for exporting the appearance between PVE and PVP, the function of turning on/disconnecting the cross -pole in the PVP, as well as emouts.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 was released on September 9, 2024 on PC (Steam, EGS), PS5, Xbox Series X and S. Earlier it turned out that four million copies sold four months after the release.
In the December appeal, the authors of Space Marine 2 promised that 2025 would be “as epic as the 2024th”: the game is also waiting for customizers, the PVE-mode of the “horde”, new operations, a system of prestige ranks and much more.
