The Hamster is Back: The Second Season of Hamster Kombat Has Started — HMSTR Cryptocurrency Has Fallen in Price by 10%

«Season 2 is not just a game, it is a whole new level. The crystals you accumulated during the interlude will now open valuable rewards in all projects of Season 2,” the developers said in a statement.

Along with this, the developers presented HamsterVerse, a new gaming ecosystem that uses the HMSTR token. It was also announced that in the second season, the game will feature not only the usual click mechanics, but also separate applications with more complex gameplay. When entering the game, users will find themselves in HamsterVerse, where new projects are located.

In the new season, the developers launched the Hamster GameDev Heroes project — a simulator of IT company development, similar to X Empire. Users are offered to upgrade employees, modernize the office and develop games. In the future, rating and the possibility of competition between players will be added. The familiar clicker, which was presented in the first season, has also not disappeared.

Against the backdrop of the news about the start of the second season of Hamster Kombat, the HMSTR token associated with the game fell in price by about 10%. Recall that the end of the first season of the project was met with mixed feelings by players. People were counting on real payments, but they failed to earn millions. On average, for hundreds of hours spent in the game, players received from $10 to $20.
