According to Space Marine 2 head of development Dmitry Grigorenko, the adjustments aimed at the “ruthless” difficulty in Operations “made the game more intense and stressful at lower levels.”
«This was never our goal. As I have emphasized more than once in interviews, Space Marine 2 was created to make the player feel powerful. And for many, patch 4.0 had a negative impact on this aspect,” added Grigorenko.
