The Swedish Publishing House of Paradox Interactive, which had parted with the developers of the step -by -step tactics of The Lamplighters League, announced the acquisition of another step -by -step tactics – Jagged Alliance 3.

We are talking about the Bulgarian studio Haemimont Games, to the Jagged Alliance 3 (the ThQ Nordic project) released several parts of Tropico (for Kalypso Media) and the urban planning Surving Mars simulator (in cooperation with Paradox).
The Haemimont Games, founded in 1997, after joining Paradox will retain the current guide, and the team will continue to engage in projects launched: there is a game of new intellectual property in development.
The transaction involves an advance payment and a compensation of a similar size based on the results of Haemimont, which must be paid over the next years. The parties agreed not to disclose the amount of the transaction.

Paradox noted that the acquisition of Haemimont Games was another step in the current strategy of the company to expand the presence of management games in the genre and strengthen the internal potential of the organization.
According to Fredrik Wester, General Director of Paradox Interactive, Haemimont Games has a united team with a rich experience in developing managerial games, many of which were warmly accepted.
