In a fresh message to gamers, the authors said that almost seven months after the release, Enshrouded received 3 major updates, 4 patches and 16 fixes. The team continues to develop the survival simulator and plans to release its final version in 2025 on PC and consoles.
«Keep letting us know what you want to see in Enshrouded in the future by voting for your favorite suggestions or adding your own, and by reporting any issues you encounter!” — Keen Games employees concluded their appeal to the players with this request.
Early access of Enshrouded started on January 24 on Steam, during which time the action role-playing game collected more than 48 thousand “very positive” reviews (85% rating). In four days, sales of the game exceeded 1 million copies, a month later they reached 2 million, and it took the authors almost six months to sell another 1 million.
