Let us remind you that the events of Space Marine 2 start 100 years after the first part. Demoted from captain to lieutenant, Demetrius Titus returns to the ranks of the Ultramarines, where, together with his battle brothers Kyron and Gadreel, he will have to prove his loyalty on the battlefield against the Tyranids.
The minute-and-a-half long trailer, titled The Angels Of Death, shows Titus, Kyron, and Gadreel at work. “We are the Emperor’s angels. His sword. His shield. Chained for the sole purpose of answering the call of war,” Titus pathetically proclaims in the video.
Users greeted the new trailer with excitement about the upcoming release. The comments section on YouTube is bursting at the seams with the mottos of the various Space Marine chapters. Fans also appreciated the quality of the video itself. “Reminds me of the old Blizzard cinematics,” noted T4RC.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 will be released on September 9 on PC (Steam), PS5, Xbox Series X and S, but premium edition buyers will have access four days earlier. Recently, the authors revealed the system requirements and development plan for the game after release – paid and free content awaits users.
