Monster Hunter Wilds, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Little Nightmares III: итоги gamescom awards 2024

Although the gamescom 2024 exhibition in Cologne has not yet ended, all the high-profile shows have already died down, and the organizers are ready to hand out awards to outstanding games and companies: the gamescom awards 2024 ceremony took place on August 23.

The gamescom awards 2024 featured 14 categories. The best game for Nintendo consoles was not chosen this time, as the organizers could not find enough nominees.

Tencent received the title of the “greenest” company of the exhibition during the Opening Night Live broadcast, and the winners in the remaining 13 categories were presented as part of a live broadcast by IGN.

The main winner of the ceremony was Monster Hunter Wilds. Capcom’s fantasy action game won the award for best trailer (this one), the most epic and most exciting game, and also the best project for PlayStation consoles.

Horror platformer Little Nightmares III earned three awards (for best graphics, sound and best project on Xbox), city-building strategy Frostpunk 2 was awarded for best gameplay, and Microsoft was awarded for best stand.
