As it became known, in the run-up to the start of early access, more than half a million Steam users added Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era to their wishlist, which exceeded “all expectations” of the creators.
The achieved result allowed Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era to become the most desired turn-based strategy on Steam and take eighth place among the most anticipated games with the “Strategy” tag.
«This is beyond our expectations and we are overwhelmed with gratitude. Your support of Olden Era fills us with joy, excitement and appreciation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for believing in us and our game,” the authors shared.
The creators of Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era also reported that over 100,000 Steam users applied to participate in the March testing of the Arena quick battle mode, which exceeded the developers’ expectations tenfold.
«”This is mind blowing and we can’t tell you how much this means to us. We really wanted to invite every single one of you and we’ll do everything we can to get as many players as possible,” Unfrozen promised.
Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era will enter Early Access in Q2 2025 on Steam. The game will be part of The Triple-i Initiative 2025 presentation on April 10, where it’s possible the release date will be announced.
