The Steam page states that Enginefall is a first-person online shooter that combines elements of survival and long-term development. Each passenger begins their journey somewhere at the tail end of the mega-train, scavenging for resources and equipment. By fighting and upgrading the hero, the player will advance through a complex class system and, accordingly, closer to the locomotive of the huge express.

On the way to the cherished goal, the player will be able to make friends, organize alliances and even build bases. It will also be possible to transfer to another train at some point. The developers describe this mechanic as follows: “Raid your rivals’ trains to steal resources and eliminate competitors. But be careful – there is always a bigger train waiting to strike.”

The very concept of Enginefall with survival on a mega-train was liked by users. “Literally a rail shooter,” NastyLittleBagginses succinctly noted.

Enginefall will be released on PC. The release date has not yet been announced. You can request access to participate in testing on the game’s Steam page.
