To recap, Until Dawn is about a group of teenagers who return to a mountain hut where two of their friends disappeared a year ago. The fate of all eight central characters and the ending depend on the player’s decisions.
Reddit user crawlplays has revealed two new post-credit scenes that appear in the Until Dawn remake. Episodes included good endings for Josh and Sam.
There will definitely be spoilers ahead
In the original Until Dawn, Josh’s story ended ambiguously at best, while the remake ends the character’s storyline in a more hopeful way.
As for Sam, she is shown in the extended ending several years after the game’s ending in a Los Angeles apartment. The girl has still not recovered from what happened and is suffering from hallucinations.

In the scene shown by crawlplays, Sam wakes up to the sound of an alarm clock and discovers a bleeding wound on his hand, and after this an ominous voice begins to call the hero. Fans believe that the new episodes could hint at a sequel.
A sequel to Until Dawn has not been officially confirmed, but a full-length film based on the game is in production. In the meantime, the updated version launches tomorrow, October 4, at a price of $60 on PC (Steam, EGS) and PS5.
