The headliner of the future collection has been known since the beginning of June: simultaneously with the official release, the Quidditch sports game Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions (PS4, PS5) will appear on PS Plus.

In addition to Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions, PS Plus subscribers will receive two more titles for PS4 and PS5 in September – horror platformer Little Nightmares II and the latest baseball simulator MLB The Show 24.

Despite the fact that the selection contains relatively recent releases (one completely new, the other from March) of different genres, the announcement of the new PS Plus line was met with mixed reviews.

In comments on YouTube, users complain about the dominance of sports game selections (there are two this time) and a decline in the overall quality of the offerings. “It’s getting worse every month,” complains G0dgrave.

The giveaway will begin on September 3 and will last until the 30th. PS Plus Essential, Extra and Premium (Deluxe) subscribers will be able to add Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions, Little Nightmares II and MLB The Show 24 to their library.

Meanwhile, the August PS Plus lineup includes action-adventure LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga (PS4 and PS5), horror Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach (PS4 and PS5) and metroidvania Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights (PS4).
