According to billbil-kun, “all signs” point to an upcoming Death Stranding 2: On The Beach release date announcement. The insider mentioned the American SXSW 2025 festival as a venue for the announcement.
Let us remind you that Sony and Kojima Productions will hold a presentation dedicated to the game, PlayStation Presents Death Stranding 2: On The Beach Special Panel, as part of SXSW 2025. It will start on March 10 at 0:00 Moscow time (the broadcast player is available at the link).
According to informants billbil-kun, pre-orders for Death Stranding 2: On The Beach should start before the end of March. Usually, the opportunity to buy the game opens after the announcement of its release date.
The standard digital and retail editions of Death Stranding 2: On The Beach for PS5 will cost $70. A Collector’s Edition will also be released in Europe and North America for $230 (its contents are unknown).
