The international multi -sports tournament “Games of the Future” ended almost a year ago, and the organizers of the event from ANO “Directorate of Sports and Social Projects” (DSSP) still cannot pay off debts.

The publication “Vedomosti” with reference to the materials of the arbitration case of arbitration cases (KAD) reported that at the moment 15 claims for a total of 530 million rubles were already filed against the DSSP. The organizers owed several contractors:
In accordance with the materials, the KAD, the DSSP court referred (and even proved this in one of the completed cases) to untimely payment of funds from the federal budget for compensation for costs.
At the moment, decisions to recover the debt from the ANO “DSSP” have entered into legal force only for several cases, and for the rest either this has not yet happened, or the case is still under consideration in the first instance.

The general director of the ANO “DSSP” Maxim Denisov in the statement “Vedomosti” assured that ANA is making all possible efforts to resolve existing financial obligations to the contractors of the “Games of the Future”.
According to Denisov, the founders of the DSSP are informed about the debt: “Work is underway to find funding sources to resolve this situation.”
The Tournament “Games of the Future” included e -sports competitions, robotics and other disciplines. At least 3.6 billion rubles were allocated for games from the federal budget (and another 1 billion rubles from the regional).
