From Dusk Till Dawn: Old-school vampire shooter Trust from the creators of Forgive Me Father has been announced

Developers from the Polish studio Byte Barrel, known for the Lovecraftian retro shooter dilogy Forgive Me Father, presented a new project in the same genre, but in a different setting – Trust. The announcement was accompanied by a 40-second teaser.

The events of Trust will unfold in a quarantined city in central Europe, where vampires have been reduced to the status of energy sources by special patrol units of human hunters.

Players will take on the role of a vampire who has awakened after hundreds of years of hibernation. Once powerful, now exhausted and weakened, he must find a way to survive in a world where the hunter has become the hunted.

Relying on human technology or staying true to their vampire roots, each level will require the protagonist to complete specific tasks to restore their former power and natural order.

On the way to the goal, players will be able to either engage in open combat or act covertly – each task will have several ways to complete it. In addition, you will have to satisfy your eternal hunger and get blood.

They promise elements of immersive simulators, different gameplay at night and during the day (it’s better for the hero not to get caught in the sun), a world full of secrets and opportunities, as well as a comic-style visual style with a touch of the 90s.

Trust is being created exclusively for PC (Steam) and does not have an exact release date. The release, according to the debut teaser trailer, is expected “bloody soon”. At this stage, it is planned to support only English and Polish languages.
