The global Sid Meier’s Civilization VII strategy from developers from the Firaxis Games studio has not even officially released, but already received the first reviews in Steam. Particularly loyal fans met the novelty not too cordially.

The first buyers are not very satisfied with the game: a few hours after the start of the extended access, the Sid Meier’s Civilization VII on Steam is only 40 % (38 % taking into account all the reviews) – the game received 1.6 thousand “mixed” reviews.

Users complain about the lack of content (including the sizes of cards and local multiplayer), an uncomfortable interface (he deserved criticism and journalists), technical problems and a general feeling of product non -conformity.
Players called for time to time with the purchase until Firaxis does not work on errors, but for now they lament the current state of the project. “For 100 euros, they gave them to play alpha version,” Man Who Sold the World complained.

In the comments on some reviews, the developers of Sid Meier’s Civilization VII assured that they will listen to the criticism of the interface, continue to improve the game and plan to actively develop it (this applies to the size of the cards).
Sid Meier’s Civilization VII is created for Steam (PC, Mac, Linux), Epic Games Store (PC), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, as well as Nintendo Switch. The new game will be the first in the series that will be released simultaneously on consoles.
