The medieval open-world action RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 from the Czech Warhorse Studios was released just a week ago, and modders have already begun to improve the game. Soon, however, enthusiasts will have even more opportunities.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will receive official support for user mods in the foreseeable future, Warhorse Studios announced: “It’s about to get even more interesting in Bohemia.”
Official mod support will allow Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 users to change and expand their medieval journey, as well as create new adventures. They promised to share details later.
At launch, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will feature mod support via the Steamworks toolset. In other words, mods will be available to install and download via the Steam Workshop.
The PC Gamer portal recalled that the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance never received support from the Steam Workshop, although in 2019 the developers released tools for creating modifications (they are hosted on Nexus Mods).
In the week since its release, more than 330 modifications for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 have already been released on Nexus Mods, the most popular of which (almost 150 thousand downloads) remains EddieShoe’s creation with the ability to save without restrictions.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 was released on February 4 on PC (Steam, EGS), PS5, Xbox Series X and S, and in the spring will get to the GOG. The game sends a sample of the 15th century to bohemia, where the shock from the rocky still seeks to avenge the death of loved ones.
