Tecno has quietly announced the Spark 30 smartphones. Along with the standard model, the more powerful Spark 30 Pro will hit the market. Both devices will be available in different color options, as well as a Transformers-themed version.
The Spark 30 Pro is equipped with a 6.78-inch OLED display with support for Full HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 1700 cd/m². The fingerprint scanner is integrated into the screen area. At the top of the display there is a hole in which a 13-megapixel front camera is installed. The dual main camera is located on the back of the case. It combines a 108-megapixel sensor with an AI Camera sensor, which is likely a depth sensor.
The Spark 30 Pro is powered by an eight-core MediaTek Helio G100 microprocessor, which is currently the most powerful LTE-only chip. At the same time, it is possible to work in 4.5G networks (LTE Advanced), which provide higher data transfer speeds compared to standard 4G. The smartphone comes with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB storage.
The developers have implemented support for artificial intelligence-based functions in Spark 30 Pro, including image editing tools, a voice assistant based on the Google Gemini neural network, as well as AI Wallpaper and AI Artboard applications for customizing the interface style in accordance with user preferences. Android 14 with HIOS shell is used as the software platform.
The smartphone has a thickness of 7.4 mm and is equipped with a 5000 mAh battery with support for fast charging up to 33 W. The stereo subsystem includes a pair of speakers with support for Dolby Hi-Res Audio. The design includes an NFC chip and an infrared port, which can be useful for controlling household appliances.
The base Spark 30 comes in black and yellow with a Bumblebee theme, while the Spark 30 Pro comes in blue, red and silver with an Optimus Prime theme. Both Transformers-themed versions will come with branded merchandise. Spark 30 Pro is also available in black and white color options. The cost of the new products has not yet been announced.
