VK Holding will release the “VK Capsule Pro” smart speaker in the first half of autumn this year, the company’s press service told TASS. Among other things, the new product will receive an updated appearance and new sound power.

According to available data, in the first three months of this year, users collectively spent 50% more time using the voice assistant in VK services than in the same period a year earlier. It is also known that specialists from the Marusya and VK Capsule divisions began merging last year into a single direction, dealing, among other things, with the development of content and recommendation systems in all VK services. In addition to this, they are developing artificial intelligence-based features as well as smart devices. In May of this year, VK smart speakers became available for purchase in Belarus.
