Although the Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for the creation of the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance ended more than ten years ago, the developers from Warhorse Studios did not forget about their investors and even prepared a pleasant surprise for them.

A few hours ago, a Reddit user under the pseudonym Interinactive shared an unexpected letter from Warhorse – the studio will give him a copy of the upcoming medieval action role-playing game Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 absolutely free.
As it turns out, Interinactive is not alone: Warhorse Studios intends to provide a free copy of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 for the selected platform to some investors of the first part.
We are talking about users who supported the development of Kingdom Come: Deliverance in the amount of $200 / £125 / €150. These are the levels Duke ($200), King ($480), Emperor and Wenzel de Faule ($960 each), Pope ($1950), Illuminatus ($4800) and Saint ($8000).

At one time, these investors were promised its second act along with Kingdom Come: Deliverance (and, starting with King, also the third). The game eventually outgrew its original scale and idea with acts, but Warhorse does not take back its word.
«Although we abandoned the idea of acts, and KCD 1 grew beyond the estimated 20 hours, we believe that KCD 2 is closer to the concept of the second act that was promised to contributors back then,” explained a Warhorse community manager on Reddit.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will be released in 2024 on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PS5, Xbox Series X and S. Players will be thrown into the midst of a civil war in Bohemia dating back to the 15th century, and the main character will once again be Henry of Skalitz.
