Owners of Apple Mac computers operating MacOS Mojave (10.14) and earlier versions began to report common problems with access to the Mac App Store. Many cannot enter the site or upload previously acquired applications.
The problems began around 24, 2025, installed the programmer Michael Tsai (Michael Tsai) – at the same time Apple made Mac App Store and some other changes. Computer owners on outdated systems receive various mistakes about errors, for example: “An unforeseen error has occurred at the entrance to the system” or “it was not possible to read the data, since they have the wrong format.”
Different versions of Apple MacOS can behave differently. So, Catalina (10.15) and later versions continue to work in the standard mode; Mojave users (10.14) can view the contents of the store, but cannot load the PRO bought earlier and purchase a new one. In the case of High Sierra (10.13), the absent elements of the interface and unsuccessful attempts to enter; Sierra (10.12) users see errors that prevent access.
Apple offered users who have touched the problem of downloading installation files from alternative sources – many third -party applications under the MacOS remain available outside the Apple App Store ecosystem, including them can be directly downloaded from developers’ sites.
