Prior to the official presentation of the folding smartphone, Oppo Find N5 was left for about two weeks. It is expected that the novelty will be presented on February 20, although the manufacturer has not yet announced the exact date of the announcement. In anticipation of the launch of Find N5, an advertising campaign unfolded, which is mainly focused on how thin the smartphone will be. Now the teaser images of the smartphone were published by the general director of Oppo Pete Lau.

«No folds were found. Well, at least not in Oppo Find N5, ”Lau wrote in his post on the social network X. Of course, the head of Oppo exaggerated, saying the absence of a fold, since even at the images he published, you can notice it at the place of the bend of the display.
Nevertheless, with the folded screen, the fold is barely noticeable even in bright light, emphasizing all the shortcomings. When the display is turned on, it will most likely be almost invisible. It is expected that the smartphone will be large enough, its dimensions are probably comparable with the sizes of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold (the Find N and Find N2 models were more compact).
Earlier Oppo confirmed that Find N5 is made in a case protected according to IPX9/IPX8/IPX6 standards. This means that the smartphone is able to withstand the effects of jets of hot water, immersion in water, as well as jets of water under pressure. The previous model, Find N3, had IPX4 protection, which allowed it to resist only spray.
As for the technical characteristics of Find N5, there is little known about them. It is expected that the hardware base of the smartphone will be the productive processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite. According to rumors, the device will be equipped with a 5600 mAh battery with support for fast wired charging with a capacity of up to 80 watts and wireless – up to 50 watts.
