The developers equipped the Vivo Y300 with a 6.77-inch diagonal AMOLED display, which supports a resolution of 2392 × 1080 pixels (Full HD). It uses a panel with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, an aspect ratio of 20:9, a peak brightness of 1800 cd/m² and PWM backlight dimming at a frequency of 3840 Hz. Diamond Shield glass protects the screen from mechanical damage. The fingerprint scanner is integrated into the screen area. The smartphone case is protected from moisture and dust according to the IP64 standard.

There is a dual main camera installed on the back of the case. It combines a 50-megapixel Samsung S5KJNS sensor (f/1.8) with support for optical image stabilization with a 2-megapixel Galcore GC02M1 depth sensor (f/2.4). The front camera is based on an 8-megapixel OmniVision OV08D10 (f/2.05) sensor.

The Y300 is powered by an eight-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 microprocessor (two Cortex-A76 cores with a frequency of up to 2.4 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores with a frequency of up to 2.0 GHz). The Mali-G57 MC2 accelerator is provided for graphics processing. The device will be available in several configurations: with 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 128, 256 or 512 GB of storage. The power source is a 6500 mAh battery with support for fast charging up to 44 W.

The main feature of the Y300 is that it has three speakers. In addition to the usual conversational and multimedia speakers, another 4.5 W speaker has been added. According to the developers, thanks to this, the Y300 is able to play audio 600% louder than other smartphones. Support for panoramic 3D sound is also implemented.

Despite the presence of a capacious battery, the thickness of the smartphone is only 7.79 mm and the weight is 199.9 g. Buyers will be able to choose between versions of the device in black, white and green color options. As for the price, the basic version of the Y300 with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of ROM can be purchased for about $192, and for the version with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of ROM you will have to pay $275.
