The new record is only 4 MHz higher than the previous one, set by Taiwanese overclocker Kovan Yang. He managed to overclock Fury Renegade DDR5 CUDIMM memory to 12,108 MT/s.

Liquid nitrogen was used to overclock the G.Skill RAM. The experiment was conducted on the flagship Asus ROG Maximus Z890 Apex motherboard using the flagship Core Ultra 9 285K processor. The chip operated at a frequency of 3000 MHz. The Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 memory module with a base speed of 5600 MT/s launched at a speed of 12,112 MT/s with timings CL52-92-92-127-2.

Overclocking results were tested in HWBOT and CPU-Z Validator.
