Asus’ product range already includes Radeon RX 7600 Dual OC and RX 7600 Dual OC V2 video card models. Now the manufacturer has introduced the third version – Radeon RX 7600 Dual EVO OC.
Based on the stated characteristics of the new product, the Radeon RX 7600 Dual EVO OC will be slightly slower than the Dual OC model. For the new product, the GPU gaming frequency in overclocking mode (OC) is stated at 2300 MHz and the Boost frequency is up to 2715 MHz. In basic mode, the frequencies are 2280 and 2695 MHz, respectively. The Dual OC V2 model offers the same characteristics.
For comparison, the Dual OC version in overclocked mode (OS) has a game GPU frequency of 2340 MHz and a Boost frequency of up to 2745 MHz. In basic mode, frequencies are up to 2320 and 2725 MHz, respectively. The video card versions are also slightly different visually.
Let us remind you that in the case of Asus video cards, the “overclocking mode” or OC Mode is set in the proprietary GPU Tweak 3 utility. In other words, to obtain higher GPU frequencies you will have to use this application.
The Radeon RX 7600 is AMD’s least powerful desktop graphics card based on RDNA 3 architecture. It is based on a graphics chip with 2048 stream processors. The card has a claimed power consumption of 165W, which is 25W lower than the higher-end RX 7600 XT.
