Announced this summer, the animated video game series Secret Level from Blur Studio and Amazon MGM Studios will include an episode based on Warhammer 40,000. As part of the recent New York Comic Con festival, Games Workshop shared details of this series.
Lieutenant Demetrius Titus from Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, who appeared in the August teaser trailer, appeared in the video for a reason. Firstly, as in the game, the hero will be voiced by Clive Standen – his name appeared in the recent Secret Level trailer leak, but now everything is official.
Secondly, in the teaser trailer, Lieutenant Titus appears with a strange wreath on his helmet – it should be known to those who completed the action movie from Saber Interactive to the end. As it turned out, the Secret Level episode dedicated to Warhammer 40,000 will be a continuation of the plot of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2.
Thirdly, Dave Wilson is involved in the production of the episode as an executive producer and director-supervisor – it is he who should be thanked for that very cinematic introduction to the strategy of Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War (see video below).
Secret Level starts on December 10 on the Prime Video service – the episode with the continuation of Space Marine 2 will be included in the first batch. In addition to Warhammer 40,000, the show includes series on Armored Core, Dungeons & Dragons, Exodus, God of War, Mega Man, Pac-Man, Sifu, The Outer Worlds, Unreal Tournament and the now-closed Concord.
