Ippon, a well-known manufacturer of uninterruptible power supplies and batteries, held an annual event in Vietnam with the participation of its partners, dedicated to summing up the results and discussing plans for the future.

During the event, Ippon Development Director Kristina Vishnevetskaya (pictured above) announced the manufacturer’s new products and changes to the model range of uninterruptible power supplies. She also spoke about upcoming changes in the affiliate program, which will be available starting next year.

The update of the product portfolio will affect both models for the b2c/b2b market and uninterruptible power supplies for data centers, large industries and infrastructure facilities. By the end of the year, Ippon will offer new UPSs with sodium batteries to the IT market.

Vishnevetskaya also spoke about the company’s new products, which are distinguished by their high reliability and versatility. In particular, the aptly named Kirpich UPS, available in three full power ratings (650, 850 and 1050 VA), is an excellent choice for a home or office that requires reliable power. The Kirpich UPS with line-interactive mode automatically regulates voltage and also provides protection against short circuits, overloads and surges in the network, preventing equipment damage and extending its service life.

To configure operating parameters taking into account existing equipment, as well as monitor the operation of the Kirpich UPS, it can be connected to a PC via the USB-B port. There are also USB ports A and C, through which you can charge mobile devices directly from the UPS. The device is equipped with an LCD screen that displays all the necessary information about its operation.

Using the Power Master+ program, you can schedule the UPS to turn on and off. The software also provides remote access to power information, including battery status, load levels and runtime information, event logging, internal reporting and analysis, remote management and more. An audible alarm informs you about the status of the UPS, and failed batteries can be easily replaced.

The event program also included a speech by branding expert Kirill Kostyushko, brand director of Merlion Group. He spoke about the features of the brand strategy, how a brand differs from its own brand and what tasks it performs in general. After this, the conference participants took part in a business game, where each team received certain tasks to promote their startup. The winners were awarded memorable prizes.
