G.Skill has introduced high-performance dual-channel 96 GB DDR5-6400 RAM kits (2 × 48 GB). The new products will be released as part of the Trident Z5 RGB and Trident Z5 Royal series, offering support for Intel XMP 3.0 overclocking profiles.
The manufacturer announced successful tests of 96 GB memory kits in the DDR5-6400 CL30-39-39-102 version on the Asus ROG Maximus Z890 Hero motherboard paired with an Intel Core Ultra 7 265K processor.
To test memory performance on the AMD platform, we used the Asus ROG Crosshair X870E Hero motherboard in combination with the Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor.
G.Skill reports that as part of the Trident Z5 RGB and Trident Z5 Royal series, dual-channel memory kits with a capacity of 64 and 48 GB, respectively, will also be available from pairs of 32 and 24 GB modules. These solutions will be available for sale in the first quarter of this year.
