Honor announced the start of sales of Magic7 Pro and Magic7 Lite smartphones in the global market. European buyers will be the first to purchase the devices. The Magic7 Pro was announced in China in October last year. The announcement of the release of the Magic7 Lite model to the global market took place several weeks ago, but actual sales of the new product began only now.
In the European market, Magic7 Pro will be available with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. The device is equipped with a 5270 mAh battery with support for 100 W fast charging. The Chinese version uses a 5850 mAh battery. Thus, the European version is equipped with a battery of smaller capacity even compared to its predecessor – it has a 5600 mAh battery.
This is where the differences between the Chinese and global versions of the devices end. The international version of Magic7 Pro retained the set of cameras. At the back there is a 50-megapixel Super Dynamic Honor Falcon Camera H9000 HDR with variable aperture (f/1.4–f/2.0), a periscope module with a resolution of 200 megapixels and support for 100x digital zoom, as well as a wide-angle camera of 50 MP and ToF sensor. On the front, the device is equipped with a 50-megapixel sensor. It is complemented by a three-dimensional face scanner. The display of the device is equipped with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
The Magic7 Pro screen has a diagonal of 6.8 inches and supports a resolution of 2800 × 1280 pixels. It is based on an LTPO AMOLED matrix with support for refresh rates from 1 to 120 Hz and a total brightness of 1600 cd/m². The peak brightness of the display in HDR mode reaches 5000 cd/m². PWM brightness control operates at frequencies up to 4320 MHz. The device’s display has curved edges.
Magic7 Pro offers IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance, runs Android 15 with MagicOS 9.0, and is equipped with a number of AI features such as Search Circle, AI Notes, AI Translation and Gemini.
