The confrontation between the hardcore RPG and the “corporate product”, which the director of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 anticipated, will not happen: Ubisoft announced another transfer of Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
As it became known, Assassin’s Creed Shadows is now scheduled to be released on March 20, 2025. The extra month will allow the team to implement changes based on player feedback collected over the past three months.
«While we have already made significant progress, we still need a few more weeks to integrate these changes and create an even more ambitious and exciting release experience,” said producer Marc-Alexis Côté.
As Ubisoft itself noted, the re-transfer of Assassin’s Creed Shadows was the result of the company’s recent increased attention to the quality and fun of the gameplay on release day.
According to Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot, the company “fully supports the teams in their quest to create the most ambitious Assassin’s Creed in the franchise.”
