Marketing images of the flagship Inno3D GeForce RTX 5090 iChill X3 graphics card based on Blackwell architecture have appeared online. The device is equipped with a massive 3.5-slot thick cooling system, which is actually not too different from the cooler used on the previous generation Inno3D graphics card GeForce RTX 4090 iChill X3.

The packaging of the video card confirms that the model is equipped with 32 GB of next-generation GDDR7 memory, which is twice as much as the expected RTX 5080 model, built on the GB203-400-A1 GPU with 10,752 CUDA cores. Actually, these data are so far the first confirmed information about the memory configuration of the RTX 5090 and, as VideoCardz emphasizes, the presence of 32 GB of video memory is one of the advantages of the new product.

According to preliminary unofficial data, the RTX 5090 will be equipped with a GB202 GPU and, at least for now, will be the only model in the RTX 50 series with this processor. The card is expected to have 21,760 CUDA cores, 32 GB of memory will run on a 512-bit bus, and thanks to the use of 28 Gbps GDDR7 memory, the throughput will reach almost 1.8 TB/s, providing a significant increase in performance compared to the previous generation of video cards.

The power consumption of the RTX 5090 is 575 W, which is 125 W more than its predecessor and indicates a significant increase in power and performance of the device. NVIDIA will officially present its product at a presentation at CES 2025 tomorrow.
