Telegram stopped overheating and quickly draining the iPhone, but the update broke “Stories”

The Telegram 11.5.2 update brought problems with the iPhone – devices running iOS 18 began to overheat, and their batteries began to discharge too quickly. This caused massive dissatisfaction among users, who left many negative reviews in the App Store in just two days, and the app’s rating plummeted to 3.7 points. The Telegram administration urgently released an extraordinary update 11.5.3 designed to solve this problem – it is already available in the application store.

A bug in the previous version caused the processor to operate at full capacity, resulting in overheating and accelerated battery drain. The next update fixes another bug: when the power saving mode is turned off, the animation of emoticons and stickers no longer stops. But video playback in the “Stories” section stopped working – only the sound remained, the Durov Code resource drew attention.
