Asus showed off the ROG Strix XG32UCG gaming monitor. The company will demonstrate the new product at CES 2025 in early January next year. The special feature of this 31.5-inch monitor is that it supports two operating modes: 4K at 160 Hz and Full HD at 320 Hz.
The ROG Strix XG32UCG is based on a Fast IPS matrix. The manufacturer claims support for AMD FreeSync Premium image synchronization technology, as well as compatibility with Nvidia G-Sync with VRR support. If the user strives for maximum image clarity, the 4K@160 Hz mode is available. For those who value high responsiveness, a 1080p@320 Hz mode is provided. Dual mode support makes the ROG Strix XG32UCG a great choice for both competitive and highly immersive gaming.
The monitor is equipped with DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1, and USB-C connectors with the ability to transfer 15 W of power to external devices. Monitor settings can be changed using the proprietary Asus DisplayWidget Center application, which allows you to adjust settings using the mouse.
The company also notes that the XG32UCG is equipped with AI technologies Dynamic Crosshair and Dynamic Shadow Boost, as well as Aura lighting.
The manufacturer has not yet disclosed the cost of the new product.
